VCMI, the open-source reimplementation of the Heroes of Might and Magic III engine, has picked up a new commit (deeab240c8).

No detailed changelog was included with this update. Head to the official VCMI repository to review the full diff and see exactly what was adjusted in this build.

VCMI is an open-source engine project that reimplements Heroes of Might & Magic III, the classic 1999 turn-based strategy game from New World Computing. The goal is to recreate the original game's mechanics on modern systems while opening the door to mods, fixes, and new content.

A new commit (b1fe3b6) has landed in the repository, marking continued active development on the project. VCMI requires the original game's data files to run, making it a faithful remake effort rather than a standalone replacement.
